i am a college baseball player for a division II school and was wondering how quickly and effectively your theories can be implemented.. noting that my habits have been ingrained for years.

If you found a "true" rotational instructor and over the course of two weeks you took 3,000 swing under his eye, and he brought you up slowly from hitting the heavy bag to the "T" to soft toss to the pitching machine to live pitching, i'd say you'd be in good shape... go for it!!! it's never too late, Rich
