Jack,

You've mentioned on occasion that most people have little trouble turning the hips and body, but that under reviews you often find the arms lag behind. Explain your view on how top hand dominance or people that rely on the arms for power could find themselves in a lag position. Logic would seem to indicate that the body often times out-races the arms, therby putting the body rotation far ahead of the arms.

Additioally you've not spoke much about the grip in your model, any thoughts there?
