I'm a little confused about the stride.

As you can see, I never asked wether the stride produces power, or rhythm or timing. I just wanted to know wether you !"stride while inward turning"! or !"inward turn, then stride"!.

Jack says on the hitting mechanics frame of the stride that the knee hips etc. rotate in. As you stride you bring the handz back.

I am 16 and currently rotate my knee in while striding forward a couple inches. Anything wrong with this?
