>>> Jack I recently purchased your video and have enjoyed it. In rotational mechanics how and when does one adjust their spine angle to hit different pitches ? I am assuming at foot plant spine angle is at the top of the strike zone. <<<

Hi TBS

I am not one of those who believe the swing plane must be vertical to the axis of rotation. Many good hitters maintain a fairly consistent spine angle for high and low pitches. Even a hitter as tall as Griffey Jr. can hit a low pitch while keeping a relatively vertical spine. I would recommend setting (and maintaining) the spine angle for a medium height pitch and alter the swine plane by accelerating the lead-arm into a higher or lower path.
