I need some advice on getting my players to stop "squishing the bug". Their weight is back on their rear foot too much while their hips are rotating. This spin seems to be killing their ability to drive the ball. They must be driving their energy into the ground, instead of up and out through the bat.

Hi Rocket
Concentrate more on the hand path and less on the weigt shift. If they are losing power and driving everything in the dirt, chances are they are shifting their weight forward during the swing and throwing their hands at the ball. Concentrate more on wether if they keep their hands back during rotation or if the hands out run the sholders.
