Tell your friend you would like them in VCD format, basically, MPEG1. He can use TMPGE or other free programs to do this. This is easiest for everyone. Need to clip them so they just contain the swing sequence. You can then e-mail to me and I will put on my webspace. If you have your own webspace, you need to find the address and password for your space. Then you would add an "FTP" site to your computer (similar to a directory in windows explorer)if you have Windows XP. If not, there are programs such as CuteFtp to transfer files to a webspace (FTP file transfer programs)
