You guys have really confused me now. Someone clarify for me. Is torque caused by both hands pulling in the opposite direction around a pivot point between the two hands or is it that the front shoulder pulls the bottom hand backwards and the rear shoulder pushes the top hand forward. Please clarify. Thanks
