Sounds like a physics question for Jack.

As for slow pitch softball advice.....what mechanics for generating batspeed would differ in softball from baseball in your opinion? Should my mechnics be different with pitches at 20 mph/30 mph/60 mph/80 mph or 100 mph?

As for my experience......let's just say.....I've never had wrist bind. However, I have cured it in many hitters with a very specific drill on how the hands should and should not work work, I've used the same drill in golf.

Good Luck Melvin!!
