with legs

Physics? Common sense? You lost me.

This argument has been going on in golf for years as well, but so many disagree. Jack Nicholas took the leap about 3 or 4 years ago, when he said yes he believed the speed comes with the hands and arms. During the long drive championship....the 4 time champion said, the speed is in my hands and arms. It's really the only true connection we have to the club or bat, and I agree with that!! The problem is that most people try to get the body to create speed as well and there in lies the disconnect in the swing.

I'm plus 90 mph on all swings, when I want to be...but I prefer mid 80's, for a solid feel of control and smoothness. My legs support me, thus my head is quiet and the ball looks big.

We agree to disagree. Thanks Jack!
