Styles of Hitting

Posted by: Bill (lajolla@alltel.net) on Thu Mar 20 19:26:29 2008

Recently I've been having some difficulty at the plate. Usually I bat in the top five in the lineup but for some reason I can't hit squat. Some coaches and people have taught me a no stride style of hitting with basically a 2-5 inch step. This for some reason doesnt seem to work for me. I recently purchased RightView Pro and noticed how most of the pros use a knee-to-knee or a toe tap before taking their stride. Can somebody tell me what are some of the pros and cons of taking pro type of stride to say?
