Merry Christmas!... iv'e noticed that there are two rotation points that are rotating the head of the bat as the hands are going linear (pulling the elbow away from the side). the first one is the ore lock of the row boat(the thumb and forefinger) bottom hand torque pulls the bat around this point. the second rotation point rotating the bat is the is the wrist of the top hand while the palm is up. you combine these and you'll get the bathead out of the lag position in a hurry... semi-linear hitters(top half) have to have these two rotation points mastered to be any good or you couldn't get the bathead around into contact. take care, Rich
