This allows momentum of weight shift to help bring bat forward [enhance speed]turning of hips is later in swing with no defined axis,more drifting.This allows the hands to go linear and xt the arms to keep hands leading barrel longer.Linear should be top and bottom just as rotational should be for lower/upper body.Problems where I feel I can hurt myself is when I am rotational bottom and linear upper or vice versa.
