A typical month for me includes 100+ hrs internet study (with frequent trips to the heavy bag) and 1200 swings (80%tee 20%live).I find swing mechanics FACINATING and descriptions of them FRUSTRATING...Only 1 of these F words is going with me to todays practice ... I have some Tejada & Thome video in my head. thanks all LRS
