which muscle groups should I focus on working, Or should i work on all muscle groups equally?

1)Squats= hips,quads,hams,glutes,lower back
2)Bench= chest,shoulders,triceps,forearms
3)Twist Situps= abs,lower back stability
4)The rest (Presses,Rowing,Curls,Tri Ext,Calf Raises)
