Are you SERIOUS? If you are,then it is obvious you don't have a complete or should I say any understanding of the swing. By the way, I had a trainee that hit over .800 in that league(AUS) over a three week period and he said it was a complete joke. My grandmother could probally hit 23 homeruns over there. Get in the box with some serious pitching and then come tell us it is all in the arm muscles.
