Have many guys here spent time checking the head poitions and movement of the better major league hitters? Checking from stance to load....from load to footplant.......from footplant to contact......from contact to extension. I have a grid in one of the systems I use and have found that of the better hitters that I looked at, Bonds had the least amount of head movement and Shawn Green the most.

If you do, who's more against it and who's more on top...as it relates to head movement. All the front legs will be straight regardless of how they get there.

Coach C, All I asked was if any guys here on this board spent any time checking the head positions and movement of some of the better big league hitters? I listed which areas that I looked at and still did not get a reply. Tom, I know that you look at a lot of clips.....do you spend much time checking the head position and movement in swings? When I check the swings, I only check swings that the hitter was putting his best swing on, not when he was fooled.

Doug
