Pro-Hitter asked me to post this clip for discussion. It is a home run he hit against South Carolina.

Hitting a homer against rql's alma mater !

A very nice swing.

Starts pretty spread out with small stride.

Starts with hands high,back scap pretty much "pre-loaded".

Has nice sequence with internal rotation of back arm as shows back side/cocks hips.

Area for most improvement would come next with more back scap load/pinch and less top hand getting slightly away from back shoulder before/at front toe touch.These details don't make so much difference as you turn a lot into the inside pitch.They will really stress the system for outside as you wait on the ball and create/use a longer swing radius.

Weight gets forward a little late/slight axis shift forward after front heel drop.This necessitates slightly more extension/hitting ball further out front/slightly less quick to ball than you might like to avoid hooking the ball foul.
