What is a good batspeed or average range for a 18-20 year old, female college softball player?

obviously, some one who has more batspeed using the same bat weigt/length will do better. The significance of batspeed is that you hit the ball harder. The ball will either blow past the fielders, sail over the wall, or create a spin that makes the ball break more sharply giving the fielders a tough time. What are "batspeed machines"? If one does exist, ito bviously is suppose to improve your batspeed!
And I have no clue what softball bat speed is suppose to be. I don't even know what major league batspeed , but as long as I hit the ball hard/consistently and get on base/score runners, and win ballgames.
