Question that if answered could help everybody improve!

Hey Jack, I just have one question for you that I'm sure a lot of people are wondering how to do to become a better hitter. I completely agree with THT and BHT... and rotational hitting in general. You stated in a recent post that, " With efficient transfer mechanics, the direction of forces of the hands are always opposing and remain directed perpendicular to the handle from initiations to contact -- torque applied throughout the swing." Now when you initiate the swing after PLT you are supposed to be pulling forward with the bottom and pulling rearward with the top hand (THT). Then once the bat is flat pointed toward the catcher you are supposed to transition into now pulling rearward with the bottom hand and pushing forward with the top hand (BHT). How do you develop efficient transfer mechanics so you can have a smooth swing?

Thanks for your time,

Michael
