Hi Andy,

Glad you announced yourself! I have sent you a couple of e-mails. Let me know what you think. Regarding the foot landing: my observation of Glauss is that he lands relatively closed and then rotates open. However, Sosa (to name one) lands more open (toward the 45 degrees). I have some clips of Bonds landing quite closed and others where his foot is angled out. Epstein, however, advocates landing quite open. I mentioned it because it did look really close to the Epstein drill that he does with a student. I believe this is an area where personal preference comes into play. I guess, that working with young kids I am always guarding against them opening up to soon. Not something that is a problem for the advanced hitter like yourself.
