DBC,

I do not find it necessary to denigrate others in order to promote the positive, the positive in this case being Jack's rotational concepts. # 2, since I am not selling anything, I do not feel obliged to subject my theories or my kid to your "evaluation". My "theories" are Jack's theories, so what you need to evaluate are his theories. And frankly, I don't give a hoot that you don't believe that learning Jack's principles helped my son, some of his teammates and others, because what is important to ME is the help this site provided me and others. The only reason I am responding to your outburst is that I want others to know that there many individuals who value Jack's principles, I being one of them. # 3 I haven't seen anyone coming to your defense of this issue, so obviously you are the only one who does not have an appreciation for rotational principles. I suspect you might be one of those frustrated failures who has not grasped rotational principles as quickly as others. If you are having trouble grasping the concepts, you of all people should be asking questions so you can learn. There are other options too. You could buy Jack's DVD, or you could send Jack your video so he could give you his analysis. However, if you really don't want to learn and you don't like the content of the site, you could just as easily point your mouse in a different direction.

I think that more than clarifies my position on "rotational hitting" as well as puts you back in the "wrong again" category.

> I am positive that EVERYONE ELSE who reads your post gets a pure chuckle out of your contention that you and now a bunch of 9&10 year olds kids, are out there teaching the world your "click of the fingers" methods. While you attempt to show respect and appreciation for Jack "I" see it as a mask. You only manage to insult him, Epstein and every one else on this site.I have noted in the archives where others have questioned you as well. Perhaps not as harshly as I but guess what...you make it appear that this forum isn't even necessary? You and yours have taken one of the most difficult athletic skills and made it so ....what is the word???...Oh yeah ridiculously SIMPLE that the rest of us just must be too stupid to figure it all out?
>
> Now- I never said you were selling anything- I stated that "you should be" because I know I would PAY to see you and these amazing prodigy's teach the Reader's Digest version of rotational hitting.
> To such a degree that your batting averages have soared to record breaking levels!!! To such a degree that you feel it necessary to enlighten posters with your amazing "updates".
>
> Uh Matt...I never said "I" wanted to evaluate you or your kids...I suggested you "put up or shut up" and send your tapes to Jack or any another rotational guru for reviews...but...that ain't gonna happen is it? Maybe somebody gets to see your amazing kids in action in a real game? Maybe then they get to see some real flaws that down the road will create problems for all your previous and future students.

> Finally,(for now)if any part of this forum ever helped you or your son to "improve" your hitting that would be all anyone needed to know.
> But when you "matter of factly" state repeteadly that you are all out there "teaching" other kids in unbelievable time frames (insulting real isntructors) and you are touting "instant" results...ALL because ONE NIGHT you read some stuff on this site...well Matt...that is when such tirades are earned.

DBC, I guess you didn't understand me so I will say it again. I DON'T CARE if you believe my son's progress or not. What I do care about is someone who has absolutely no knowledge of the game comes along and tells us we should not be asking questions (in essence questioning one of the reasons for the existence of the site). My guess is that since it is JACK and not YOU who owns the site, it is JACK who dictates the format of the site, not you.Now that you have thoroughly embarassed yourself and had your fun, I suggest that you GO AWAY.Why would you hang around a site that does not meet your expectations? If this Epstein dude is so great why don't you go to HIS site?
