here's a website that's got hitting help tips, and much much more. http://www.teachyourkidbaseball.com. I've found it to be really helpful for coaching little league baseball. It's got a lot of stuff on the rules, but also on how to work with certain types of players, and overall ideas on dealing with winning and losing, and being a good manager. Hope this helps!
