I think when you've done your preparation and you're in the box,you are anticipating and visualizing where your body is going to get to be ready for the pitch you expect to get.Then the focus within that plan is the timing of triggering the launch sequence.Everthing else is generically on autpilot.Just interupt the load at the right time.

This is more of an on/off feel to me than the back and forth of golf.

I really like the feel of the golf swing as described by Manuel de la torre,UNDERSTANDING THE GOLF SWING.Have you looked at that.
