I discovered this site earlier this year and find it a great place for information, thanks to all the info here and those here that post and take the time to help others out. First time posting for me so a little nervous! Regrettably, I wasn't enlightened to all the joys and intricacies of baseball until the fall of 2002 (never played organized baseball until I found an amateur hardball league this summer), so I feel I have quite a bit of catching up to do, as it were. I've mostly taught myself on hitting from sites such as this, and Ted William's The Science of Hitting. By trade I am a Network Admin so I would humbly say I try my best to learn the mental side of the game as best as I can! I have created a video of my BP swing at http://home.earthlink.net/~contacthitter/, unfortunately with an older camcorder and couldn't make it an MPG file (its a Windows Media video file, swing.wmv), so I hope its still accessible to those that may wish to point out any flaws for me to work on! Thanks again for a great site!
