Very close. Shoulders start turning with slack still in the arms. This slack gets taken out by the first part of the shoulder rotation. This contributes/causes a slight top hand dominance/top hand push (almost a bounce from the slack being taken out) before the good shoulder rotation takes over and starts arcing the handpath again.
