Thanks for the response. You answered question one as I anticipated. This would suggest that many hitters using the Clicker Stick are being taught extension mechanics.

The Pro-Cut is a training aid (strength) and is reported to help with good hand action (?). I would have to research exactly what the manufacturer suggests/thinks it improves. I assume it is based on Adiar's extension model of the swing.

Although the idea behind Pro-Cut may be flawed, it does provide a increase in feedback (awareness).

I will post some info on Pro-Cut. I want to double check what the manufacturer thinks it improves.
