Coach-

See if my post came through to Rich-more technical difficulty.In agreement with Ted Williams,I think the root of all good things in hitting is hip action/hip cok and uncock.A lot of other things have to go well.I think what you see in golf as the "golden move" is the "uncocking of the hip" resulting in "pelvic projection".

Very similar in hitting.See pp45-6,Science of hittting.
