Knowing the Pitches

Greetings,

I know this is off the topic of rotational swing, but was wondering if any one may help me.

I am always hearing Baseball player talking about seeing the pitch, even Ted Williams said in an interview “you got to know the pitches; you have to know how to hit them”. Does any one know if there is any book or video that talks about the pitches in detail from a hitter’s point of view?
