Hey Guys,

I love the amount of shoulder rotation he has thru and after contact - does a great job with it. I only see one little thing that I would work on (if you even want my opinion), and that is his load. His bat never gets to perpendicular or even cocked (he doesn't have the full "L" in his wrist that would help him stay better connected, and of course, I'd try to incorporate the scap load. Contact might be just a smidge to far out in front, but I don't mind that so much as long as the shoulder rotation still comes thru. Still, I am thoroughly impressed. Is he enjoying success???

Hi Nick, Very fine swing for a young boy. Like pro_hitter, I would like to see a little pre-swing load with his hands. I would like to see a little inward turn with his front leg (knee) too rather than just lifting forward. I think both of these things will help him not let his hands collapse into his armpit area at footplant and keep him in a more powerful position into contact. I think he has great hip and shoulder rotation and fine balance throughout his swing. In fact, his balance is outstanding and will allow him to really smoke balls as he gets older and stronger.
