I agree.I would call this "centering" the end of bat cock.

Scap load finishes cocking the bat as the stride foot goes out and you feel a little TORSO counter rotation (while ideally shoulder/arm action prevents excessive backswing/shoulder counter rotation).

Then there is the beginning of "prelaunch tht"/uncocking/"slotting the back elbow"(as described by Teacherman)as the lead leg externally rotates going into toe touch.At this point the hip must still be cocked and the back arm still stabilized in the shoulder socket by internal rotation as the back scap remains loaded.
