What a GREAT post

Hi Jack-

Regarding the 'Early Batspeed Post'. First, is this the PLT you have been describing throughout this site?
Can you amplify how to apply this in the swing please. I observe both Bonds and Williams with their lead elbow down and close to the body before initiation. As the front heel plants, I think I see this 'PLT' being applied. I tried a few dry swings in the backyard and I must say due to this I notice a more powerful feeling swing AND LESS STRAIN on the wrists and forearms.

For me I think this is the Holy Grail, as my current swing always seemed to miss that last ounce of power.... I think maybe this 'PLT' if this is what you are describing as early batspeed, might be it for me. THANKS-

Dennis W.
