I guess I just figured "If they have value to my learning, perhaps others could get the same benefit"? And as long as nobody's making money from it, I really wouldn't think MLB would ever have a problem w/ it. But perhaps taken out of whatever their original context was when posted, maybe they are less meaningful? I know I like to study them side-by-side against kids' swings, as well as refer to them quite a bit when I read about people's analysis of the swing out here and on other boards. I guess I just thought that a common "library" of clips available to anyone was a good thing. Guess not afterall. :(

Perhaps though, the fact that MLB.com charges money for video clips does suggest that they are "losing" money by these being available for free. But, like the ol' "software piracy" issue, are they really _losing_ money if those who get them for free would never be inclined to spend the money on them?

What a can o' worms I opened w/ this, when I was just trying to help.

I'll go sit in the corner now. <:0
