> So tom you feel that there is different slot positions for in and out pitch they are just created in the load is that right.I tried to make this point at B-E and they are now Epstein followers since they carry the tapes.I have nothing against Epstein I hear his lower body thoughts are great,but they would just say you slot your elbow the same every time ,and then they said Epstein said that its the same all the time but hitters make a natural adjustment to the pitch and when you hit it further back the barrel covers outside corner.I just felt that higher load as you delay was an adjustment for the outside pitch and I try to teach adjustments that are proper.

I'm glad B E is now promoting Epstein. They probably won't go too far astray now. They used to be...well never mind. As to the elbow, I love Epstein but considering that picture of the young Dominican kid he put up on his site, I wouldn't look to him for an opinion on top hand elbow action.
