> I agree that the swing needs to be an uninterrupted flow of energy through the kinetic chain to produce power/batspeed as efficiently as possible.But I also agree on Jack's point of emphasis above.If you don't teach the right shoulder rotation and transfer mechanics,then whatever happened before is fairly inconsequential. so is all that jack is saying is that you need shoulder roatation & circular hand path in order that the flow of energy is not interrupted , but otherwise he is in agreement with the "kinetic chain? and who does NOT believe in shoulder rotation? ...i would appreciate your clarification....respectfully, grc.....
