What diagram are you referring to? The frame-by-frame swing mechanics (http://www.batspeed.com/mechanics.html)? If so, which frame? When you say "rotate my hands" are you talking about rotating the hands around each other (i.e. top-hand torque), or the hands rotating around the body (i.e. circular hand path)?
