Weight on back leg

Posted by: jpb (jburek@comcast.net) on Wed Oct 1 08:14:03 2003

I am trying to teach my daughter a rotational swing. I have been working hard on the circular hand path. Whe she swings, her weight is on her back leg when she is done. Her hands are moiving in a circular path and she is making decent contact. When I tell her not to go back on her leg and keep a more balanced weight distribution, she claims she has trouble with the circular hand path. Help!
