Posted by: () on Sun Sep 28 19:09:10 2003

i know when you setup in the box the knuckles are suppose to line up my question is this, i can line up my knuckles easily but in what position should my wrist be , i guess what i am trying to get at is this when i go to the batting cages and swing sometimes i can flat out scould a ball and i check the position of my knuckles and they are lined up when i hit it poorly i check and they are still lined up is there a point of reference where your knuckles and wrist should be from the settup

>by "wrist position" do you mean the flex-angle of the wrists, when gripping bat?
