one of the keys to hitting is to stay relaxed, as soon as you start tensing up and are to aggresive to the ball your bat speed will slow down and youll be less productive, the key to hitting is staying relaxed getting inside the ball and staying threw the ball, youll no this has happened when you bairly feel hitting the ball will travel much longer distances
