Ray, Thanks for the info on servo etc. I am not even close to being a scientist or engineer, but the two clips I saw that you directed me to of the hitter dealing with the last foot or so (whip) is why I stress hand strength. Most people say that the hands are along for the ride. I say bull, and the last foot is where they come into play and that is why all the guys in the big leagues who have power, have strong hands. People look for proof, and what they need to do is get their hands stronger and watch the results. My son has had the same swing for over three years, but hits balls 70-90 ft farther now than he did then. He has also been on a wonderful weight program for three years also. It is not a coincidence. He has very strong hands.
