i have viewed my final arch tape serveral times but i am still confused on how to hit the outside pitch with rotational mechanics

On the outside pitch you have to hit the inside part of the ball, which means letting the ball get in farther as well as not fully rotating the hips.

Little guys like Luis Gonzalez does not hit balls out of ball parks to opp. field with linear mechanics. All hitters that I have viewed swing with the same mechanics inside or outside there is another adjustment with the lead elbow and the rear elbow that adjusts for inside or outside but not how the hips and shoulders initiate the rotation of the body.
