kinetic chain...jack, your view, please Posted by: grc (grcrackel@yahoo.com) on Mon Jul 24 19:36:23 2000 jack...please take a quick visit hitting.com...there have been some excellent posts regarding the kenetic chain and i would appreciate your comments.....i would also be interested to know if have yet come to the realization that hips, shoulders, etc DO NOT rotate in precise UNISON....i ask these questions in a most respectful way, as i generally have a high regard for your views....but i would appreciate your comments...grc....
