i cannot hit the ball hard...

Posted by: wtgb () on Wed Feb 6 23:55:17 2008

It's my second year of playing basbeball, but i am almost 18 years old now...I am trying hard to play better baseball...but i just can't hit the ball hard.
I was using the hitting tech that my coach taught me, that was more likely the "linear hitting". I got okay result on the short toss using that "linear hitting". But whenever i got hitting in the games, all the results were those soft ground ball or swung and missed... Therefore I decided to learn more about "rotational hitting". I really like the idea that rotational hitting provides. But i think that i am not on track of this... I am not getting those sweet and powerful swings. Is there any common mistake that might happen to me?And I think whenever I want to apply torque to my swing, I am like an arm swinger... please give me some help. I appreciate
