Matt,

I agree w/ buying Jack's Final Arc 2 video and probably Epstein's to learn rotational hitting technique.

However, you might be able to make some progress yourself by just stopping the lunging. (See my reply to you

Bottom line w/ the kid I worked w/ at that time was that, in the very next game after we'd worked on stopping his lunging, he hit a triple off the CF fence, as well as a HR over LC.
