To Jack: Want to buy video, but is it a sequel?

According to the 'Final Arc' page, "the all-new,
second edition to Jack Mankin's revolutionary
"The Final Arc." Expanding on the first video's
instruction and theory, this new edition ...".

So does that mean that there's a first edition I
need to buy and watch first? I'm new to this, I
don't want to drop $40 on a DVD that makes
references to a first tape that I don't have.
