Hi Brian

As you probably noticed, the bag is quite heavy once it is filled. I recommend strapping the bag to a light 2-wheel dolly. On the dolly, it is easy to roll it to wherever you set it up for practice. The bag and dolly need not be supported. I know my student’s swing needs work if they should knock it over.
