I saw where Epstein said barring lead arm is bad but Jack I thought you said it is good.What do you say?

Sid, I don't care for the bottom arm barring out. When you stride, if you try to move your hands back towards the catcher, you have a good chance of barring out. I would much prefer to see the arm straightening out at contact, but it does not need to.
