I just recently purchased "teaching high school hitters the power rotational swing" ...during the video he contends the old method.."charlie lau" does not promote wrist roll and produces bat speed only to the amount that the hips can lead..he also contends the lau method promotes a hand over the bat which makes it difficult to hit high pitches...he goes on to say that the lau method also encourages the spraying of hits not knowing exactly where the ball is going.....to be honest with you it ALL makes great sense to me...and my kid's hitting has improved dramatically,,,anybody else have any comments ? thanks


Mark, Had you been following the Lau metod prior to buying this tape? Doug
