I know this is a batting site but does anybody have any tips on how i can train to throw with my left arm because my right arm is injured.


How did you train/learn to throw with your right arm? Depending on your age, anywhere from 10-25+ years of practice. Take your mechanics with your right arm and try to do them with your left. There are many places to find proper throwing mechanics, but there are no tips on how to train/learn to throw. Depending on your injury I'd say wait it out, but your way worked for Billy Wagner.
