I dont know much but "i" would say that you may be lowering ur back shoulder before impact. Also make sure u keep ur front elbow level with the ball and not"down" i also had that problem, i got nock down from the top of the batting order i found that i would lower my back elbow right a way and when the pitch came i would raise it then lower it again causing me to drop my back shoulder usually poping up, or if i was lucky i would swing with so much more incline that i would get a grouder(weak dribbler) but try to remember what i said..but im not a so called "hitting expert" *lol* but then again maybe Joe knows.
