Circular Motion of Hands

Posted by: Mike () on Mon Jul 21 07:59:59 2003

I have read a lot here about a circular motion of the hands but I am having difficulty understanding. Can someone please explain exactly what this is, i.e. what is the plane of the circle, is it clockwise or counterclockwise, does it refer to swing from start back to wrist snap or do the hands go back then a circle is made before the hands are brought forward. Is this similar to a hitch or is it something different? Thanks for any help in understanding.
